Temitope Onifade saw this problem up close. After more than fifteen years in sports law and business, the McGeorge School of Law alumnus, FIFA-licensed agent, and cross-border compliance advisor realized talent was moving faster than the systems meant to support it. Determined to bridge that gap, he founded Ecla Sports in California as a hub where legal mastery meets football insight.
Today, Ecla Sports provides end-to-end athlete immigration services and global talent-mobility solutions. We build visa roadmaps months before deadlines, model roster-quota scenarios before trials are booked, and negotiate contracts with full fee transparency. From EB-1 and EB-2 green cards to NCAA compliance and post-Brexit work permits, every step reflects our core values of integrity, global network, and compliance mastery—giving athletes, clubs, colleges, and sponsors total peace of mind.
